One from my Ruaha archives:
A lioness lays threatening claims to an advancing sub adult male who wanted to crash the giraffe feasting party.
Ruaha NP, alongside South Luangwa NP are my fav 2 areas to photograph African predators and I leave tomorrow for a 3 week return trip to Ruaha, can't wait!

Ruaha NP- Tanzania

A feast of legs in this one Marc! Great composition making the most of the different components and framing the lioness with maximum impact.  Well done.

Have a good and productive return trip to Ruaha - having been to Botswana and Lower Zambezi, Zambia, Ruaha was on my wishlist.  8)

A great pose and framing with all this legs in the image. You got some great light on the eyes as well to keep the focus there. A beauty.

I really like your framing using the legs of the lion to frame the action. Very different and it does take you straight to the eyes.
