Though Kaziranga, India has the highest density of tigers in the world, they are not very easily seen because of the terrain. Though I have been fortunate enough to see them quite a few times, this scene will be etched in my mind where the tigress crossing the field is faced by the most dangerous animal in Kazi, the Wild Buffalo male and a herd of Hog Deer and a flock of Bar-headed Geese. This is probably one of the extremely few occasions if any, where they are framed in a single shot. Extremely low light situation unfortunately does not do justice to the image.
