We stopped at a pond along the main road through the Northern Pantanal to look at birds, and noticed a capybara scent-marking on a stick.  A minute later and a chase was on, presumably a territorial dispute.  They plunged under the water hyacinths and it was over almost as fast as it started.

Great combination of wildlife bickering and aquatic floral scenery! Nicely frozen water action completes the scene Cindy.
