Transpantaneira Road, Brazil
Canon 7DmkII, 100-400 at 400mm, cropped, 1/1250 at iso1250 We stopped at a pond along the main road through the Northern Pantanal to look at birds, and noticed a capybara scent-marking on a stick. A minute later and a chase was on, presumably a territorial dispute. They plunged under the water hyacinths and it was over almost as fast as it started. Cindy Marple
