Just returned from a wonderful trip to the Pantanal.  We had more opportunities with jaguar than I expected to.  This was a favorite, I was quite lucky that we arrived in time as the cat walked off the log 3 minutes after we arrived.

I'm glad you had a good trip and it sounds like you had some memorable sightings!

I can see why this is a favourite and I love the proportions of your composition.  A fine image of this wonderful cat totally at home in its natural habitat.

A beautiful shot and looking forward to seeing more.  8)

Love the way the branch leads to the subject and the habitat is a bonus. Beautiful.

Gorgeous capture. I love this environmental image much more than a closer cropped image. Excellent work.

A dream shot for most of us. I'm glad you zoomed back a little to get the environment. I'll bet Joe was jealous and happy for you. Steve

Fantastic photograph Cindy... dare I say, a dream shot! This image is wonderfully composed, but beyond that, tells a story about a day in the life and home of a rare and powerful animal.
fantastic!
