"Tigress in its habitat"

Got late with work as it was almost 4 am so decided to go for a safari at Gothangaon range of Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary, 60kms from my home town Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. was lucky to sight this tigress for almost 2 hours with her to male cubs. This was in May, 2015.
Camera : Canon EOS 7D
Lens : Canon EF-S 10 - 22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM 
Shutter Speed : 1/1600
Aperture Value : 4.5
ISO : 200
Exposure Compensation : -1/3

Not often you see such a wide angle view of any wildlife. The placement of the tiger in the center uses the fish-eye perspective to advantage, as all the lines bring your eye right to her. Given such an extended time with her, it's nice to take advantage and try many different perspectives.

Very cool wide angle shot Vinit, I might have put her more in the lower left corner than right in the center but great thinking to get this.
