Had snow while leading a day trip into Yellowstone on Tuesday.. First of the season.  Had a great day viewing wildlife  9 bears total and a scene with 3 wolves trying to get in on a bison carcass that had a sow grizzly and 3 2nd years cubs on it.  The snow got me thinking of my upcoming winter trips into the park.  Not even the official end of summer though!

We have had temperatures in the 90'sF the past week, the hottest September for 100 years. The sight of snow and cooler temps is very welcome.

Nice hi-key view and plenty of space to place the magazine header!
