It was the peak of summer and the hottest part of the day in Tadoba Tiger Reserve, India. The tigress was walking peacefully down the grassy patch towards the waterbody when a pack of Wild Dogs (Dholes) waylaid her. All of a sudden all hell broke loose and the tigress roared and charged the dholes. As she was chasing one another, in turn, started chasing her. All this happened in the blink of an eye and this is all I could manage.Photographically not much probably but as natural history moment it was spectacular to say the least.
