You've caught a good moment of action here. Some details such as camera, focal length would be helpful. The light didn't help you here and the bear is pretty dark, you could try some shadow recovery in your post processing to see if you can bring out some detail. For my taste this is rather tight in the frame, I'd like to see some room all around the bear.
