Blue Crab - Costa Rica

A real "allien" in between us, this massive Blue Crab is fairly common on our side Caribbean in Costa Rica.

That is one evil looking crab!  If my memory is right, I think these crabs eat just about anything they find and it certainly looks the part. 

Great perspective to put this one in the power position and make him look even more intimidating.  Good shot Jeff!

I think this is not Sponge Bob's boss, lol. And you are right about their diet. When I was about to take the photo he looks gigantic!!!!! Thanks for looking at my work Carol, have a great weekend you too!
