Siberian Tiger (captive)

Ok, so its more of a splash than water droplets but I could not resist. This is a year old tiger photographed in very early am light at a photo workshop. This is one in a series of 3 of her running through the beaver pond.

Dear Greg and Heather and EJ.
Cheryl's post has forced me to consider retirement and moving into other things, like selling cotton candy at the circus...

Best wishes with NatureScapes..

Good luck

Well it looks like you've got a couple of droplets in motion as well as the splash! Having that wonderfully sharp head and focused look contrasting with the water drops in motion really makes this shot stand out. It's also amusing that this cat doesn't appear bothered by the water at all.

I really like this a lot--What is stopping the tiger from eating or attacking you? Are you on the other side of some fence?

superb shot. I like the stopped action at the head, but the rest of the body gets a little blurred.

No there was no fence between us-just the two owner/handlers. We went down to the pond first and gave her a wide berth when they walked her down and she pretty much ignored us and was focused on the handlers during the shoot.

Simply adorable !
Monique, I am packed and ready to go, I may not look like much but I am well behaved and can grow on you like a fungus, with no cure for it!!!
