Bull frog from Western MA. I put this in the Wildlife forum, not the Macro forum, because it was taken with my 200-400mm lens instead of a macro lens, and it certainly is better for not scaring the critters. This lens turns out to be a good "macro" lens in that it focuses down to about 6 feet or so. Shot from a Wimberely head and Gitzo tripod very low to the ground!
D3S, 200-400mm VR, ISO 250, F16 @ 1/6th sec. |
