Went to Valley forge Park this morning for some buck images, not many out at all. I ended up taking more landscape shots then fauna. To my surprise the park was covered in fog when i arrived around 6 a.m. to shoot. This image here i cropped from a horizontal. Alot of empty space to the left. For those here who know me pretty well via nature critique sites, im a man and nature poster big time. Where is that gallery anyway

I think this says man and nature pretty well and im happy with its impact however strong it may be. Was going to clone the jet trail out but figured id leave it for now. As always, any comments/consrtuctive critiques are always welcome and very appreciated.

Thanks for viewing everyone,
robert..........

Best,

This is terrific. As Chas noted, probably easy to get rid of the buildings ... Congratulations, a great one here for sure!

Fantastic shot! One other thing, if this was taken in RAW mode, convert this in 16 bit mode and do all of your image processing work in 16 bit mode to make the transition from the white sun disk to the deep orange smoother.

Robert, I want to come visit you. I've never seen so many wonderful sunrises/sunsets and deer.

I like it as is. It shows the idea that wildlife lives near us, which is true. Neat environment shot and the sunrise, buildings, fog really make it pop. The contrail, now that is another story.

One more awesome! I'm with Steve on leaving the buildings in; with the head down, the buildings work for me - man & nature in close proximity and the deer quite relaxed. Without the buildings, maybe the head up might be stronger. The contrail's another story. :)

Robert, I love this! Was the sky really that orange? I would bet that you deliberately chose to leave the buildings in the shot to show some of the typical habitats for deer in PA.
