On The Edge At Horseshoe Bend In Northern Arizona

The overlook at Horseshoe Bend can get a little too crowded with tourists for my tastes.  But the stunning views of the 1,000 foot deep canyon and Colorado river more than make up for it. You can see more info and Horseshoe Bend images here.

I was shooting a time-lapse so I need to be as close to the edge as possible. It looks more precarious in this image than it actually was.

Really an incredible view and even though I dizzy from your camera, I think it helped make the grandeur of this place truly incredible.
