I posted a long exposure shot from this spot the other day.

This one was taken on Saturday, probably right at the peak of fall colour in Kananaskis Country.

28-135 IS lens, near 28mm, probably around f/4 or so, Sensia 100, Polarizer, hand-held (while standing knee deep in the river)

I know it's over polarized; that was done intentionally. I wanted to emphasize the difference between the rich blue sky and the bright yellow aspens. (The sky isn't quite as dark in the slide, and my PS skills aren't quite up to making it look as nice as the slide.)

Vivid colors and great action! You probably couldn't plan this, but I like how the kayaks, helmets and paddling clothes have colors that go with the foliage and sky.

What Kelly said. Great color and it's cool how the kayakers have similar colors to nature surrounding them.
