I went out yesterday in the Corning NY area (Southern Finger Lakes) to try to get some images of fall colors.  In our neck of the woods the “good colors” are few and rare.  So, when I finally found some suitable subjects I decided to spice it up a bit and add my C8 Corvette to the scene. I shot with the R5 and RF 100-500 @ 100.

Electric blue!! Yes-it's hard to find any trees with spectacular colors this year...but you found one red tree, anyway. Errr....can I have a ride in that beautiful blue Corvette? ;)

A shame we can't see more of the autumn colours because someone left some scrap metal on the road in front of the trees, Ed............. :D

Only joking, we will leave it here this time.  Love that red tree!

Thank you for commenting Carol and Cynthia.  Carol, I love your sense of humor, however, it is a Corvette, so it isn't scrap "metal" it is fiberglass composite just lying around.  :)

:)  I stand corrected, Ed!  and I knew you would share a laugh, we've both been around NSN for quite a number of years now - and Yes, it is a very pretty car.

Just love the new mid engine version...sweet!
I had a bright red one about a dozen years ago.
Enjoy your ride...before parking for winter...I assume...

I love all blue cars, I also owned one, certainly it was not a corvette that beautifully dresses this color
in perfect harmony with the surrounding colors. :)

A fun image! That bright blue car certainly adds to the color of the scene.
