Life is difficult for the people of Madagascar.  To me the stress is so apparent in the children's faces.  These youngsters are headed to the river to fill their barrel with water.

I would say its difficult for their cattle too, from the look of the protruding ribs on this zebu, but what a wonderful story telling image, Diana!

Perfect perspective and beautifully done.

Such a compelling, story-telling scene! I was thinking that the zebu looked pretty emaciated as well. The children's expressions and ragged clothing finish the story. Beautifully, and sadly portrayed. It is a good reminder of the disparity in privilege and wealth in our world.

Lovely image Diana. In India we have similar looking carriages carrying agricultural produce from the fields.
