Crater Lake viewed from Mount Scott

Olympus OM-D E-M1 (Mark I), Olympus 12-40 f/2.8 @ 17mm, 1/6400 sec., f/4.5, ISO: 400

I wanted a different perspective of the iconic lake and climbed the moderately steep but short trail to the top of Mt. Scott for this view. I put it in this gallery rather than the landscape gallery because of the numerous roads visible in the image.

You can see from where I took these shots in my post (from Watchman Peak) in the landscape gallery. It's the highest point in the park (Mt. Scott) and can be seen on a line directly beyond Wizard Island in the shot I've posted in that gallery.

I'll take your word for it about those numerous roads, Mike. They really aren't obvious, even in the larger view (I found one) so I'm sure this would have been fine in Landscapes. Always welcome here though! What an amazing viewpoint - and stunning view!
