Landing at the Pia Galcier

The Pis Glacier is just off the Beagle Channel in Patagonia, Chile.  You can see our excursion ship in the right hand side of the image - small white spot.  While I did cut off the top of the background mountain, I still like the way this image illustrates a Zodiac landing to get to the glacier.  the little reddish dot in the center is another Zodiac coming in.
Remember, a little mild insanity keeps us healthy

Amazing depth of field here is excellent for showing the scene. Looks like a wonderful environment for adventure and photography.

This tells a wonderful story- great perspective and a colorful sight with those orange life jackets. Looks like an exciting place to be, and quite the adventure!
