I am posting this image in this gallery due to the presence of the Zodiac in the bottom of the image. If it should go in "Landscapes" please move.  Iguassu is a wonderful location with a prehistoric feel to it despite the large number of tourists.  It is apparently formed by one tectonic plate being much lower than the other.  The mountains along the east coast of South America forma barrier so all the water draining from the northern part of the continent are blocked from reaching the Atlantic except by going over these falls and then taking the rivers to the ocean.  BTW, I like the zodiac in the image as it shows scale.

I think the inclusion of the boat really gives a perfect indicator of the scale and intensity of these incedible falls, Ed! Amazing scene, especially when clicked on for the uncompressed view, and a beautiful image.

Very nice to see the zodiac for perspective. A gorgeous sight! Err...can I get off the boat now please? ;) Looks like a pretty rough ride!

This image really conveys the power of H2O! I can just hear the roar and feel the mist of the falls!
