Taken last October. The bridge is in Scio, Oregon about 27 miles from my place in Salem. Takes me about 1/2 hour to get there.

I couldn't back up (to eliminate the branches covering up the entrance/exit on my side) and a lower perspective did not work for me. Two weeks prior to this shoot I'd been able to go further back along the "shoreline" but the water had risen in the interim. I did eliminate some phone wires in PS.

Not a brilliant shot but I like the reflection.

I really like this, Mike. Great perspective to show the covered bridge and you get a two for one with the reflection in the calm water. Good detail and nice touches of autumn colour all come together very well in the sweet light. Nicely done!

Like the perspective as presented, nothing much you can do about the branches. Pleasing image for certain !

This is just lovely, Mike- no need to apologize. Beautiful perspective and reflection, and a nice late autumn feel. Interesting how the shadow makes such a nice extension of the bridge shape-it adds to the depth and interest of the picture. Excellent work!
