Dan keeps telling me i need to share more.

Here is an image i took a couple weeks ago.  Conditions were calling for bigger seas this day so i got up and left the house at 4 am and made the 2 1/2 hour drive to be here before sunrise.

Critiques are always welcome.

Thanks
Ryan

This is a fantastic photo. I did move it to the Travel and Culture section since Landscapes is for scenes without manmade objects. Regardless it is the best photo of this particular light I've seen.

Thank you very much for the kind words and Sorry about putting it in the wrong section.  And thank you for moving it.

It is one of my favorite photos i have taken.  Luckily i was paying attention at this particular moment.  There were a lot of big waves that hit That morning but none went this high or framed the lighthouse like this.  And this wave was not a result of the wave hitting the headland.  It was actually a wave that hit the headland and went back out to sea and crashed into another wave coming in.  Crazy the power of the ocean.

Dan's right, don't keep fantastic images like this to yourself! What a gorgeous shot. I love it!

Perfect timing as it appears the wave is about to engulf the lighthouse.
Congrats on the EP
