I'm thinking this is as you exit the station, Jeff? and is that the Freedom Bell I can see with Capitol Hill in the far background?  Please excuse these questions from a Brit in the UK.  :)

Hi Carol, Yes, coming out of Union Station to Columbus Circle. Yes, I think they do call bell Freedom Bell? Replica of Philadelphia bell. Yes, that is the Capital in distance center of photo. Thanks

I like the "rainy day" feel of this- the wet brick patterns lead your eye into the scene, going back to the White House. I guess a rainy day meant fewer people too, which is a nice element. Well composed!
