Great title, and a very nice early morning feel to this- pretty sunrise clouds and silhouettes of the fishermen. Nice light on the water too-. Well done!

Nice composition in lovely early light. It looks quite crowded at the end of the pier, its a wonder they don't get tangled up with each other!

There's always the potential for conflict over entanglements.  The other potential conflict is with surfers who want to finish off a long ride down the point by riding all the way into the beach break, only to find that they must thread their way through a maze of lines.  I know from having experienced it that riding into a fishing line can be quite unpleasant.

I am sure it is, Gavin - and if you get hooked it can be very painful.  I used to go fishing with my older brother when I was a child, and I 'hooked' him more than once!
