Hi,

I found these jugs hanging from the rafters of an old building at the Gold King Mine and Ghost Town in Jerome, Arizona.

There are so many old and interesting things to photograph at the Gold King that when I go there I spend hours walking around taking pictures. Keep an eye out for the chickens and rabbits that roam around, and the donkey, if the let him out of his stall.

Have Fun,
Jeff

Do you think these were full of moonshine at some time, Jeff?  No doubt that would have helped with the digging......

Every picture tells a story.

These make an interesting pattern and create some curiosity- as Carol mentioned- wondering why they are there.

Jerome has a lot of stories to see. Personally I might have brightened it up a bit but nice patterns and with much interest. :)

Hi Carol,

Thanks for commenting. I know Jerome pretty well, and having them full of moonshine wouldn't surprise me at all.

Have Fun,
Jeff

Hi Cynthia,

Thanks for commenting.

The thing about an old ghost town, is that so many things are lost to history. We will never know why they were there, or what they were used for in the past.

Have Fun,
Jeff
