What an intriguing place you've found. Love the "bath" sign and the old bike. The board walk is also a nice element leading into the distance. Looks like a good use of HDR.

Great story in this picture.

Instead of tilting the camera down you may want to set it up lower and keep the vertical lines straight.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.
