Very nice composition and crop of an interesting building-it looks inviting. Nice textures and contrasts. Looks like you could rotate this a bit counter-clockwise?

The choice of B&W really emphasizes the textures. The composition draws the eye in and holds it. Your HDR processing is very well done.
