The additional element of the boat adds a nice extra to the scene. The old boathouse does look a little worse for wear!

I like the addition of the boat-it kind of adds to the sense of contrast between the old boathouse and the (perhaps? ) newer boat...or is the boat kinda ancient too? It's hard to tell, but it seems to give the picture more interest, anyway. Beautiful colors in the trees.
