Sometimes in my travels I run into ruins that look they might make interesting photographs...  This is an old farmhouse and a stone silo.

Beautiful study of lines and textures in this derelict farm. The golden lichen adds a lovely splash of colour to the old wood and stone, as nature slowly reclaims its territory.

Agree with Carol on all points- this is well designed to illustrate decay and ruin. I think the orange colors really make it work.

Wonderful composition and rendition, causing the viewer to drift into dreaming.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.
