Pigeon Point - California
After visiting this location in the evening and after seeing Cynthia's comments I went back a few days later in the early morning and did find a vantage point where the top of the mini stack didn't touch the horizon. Literally a minute after setting up when it was still quite dark (see exposure info) the sky and the whole scene went pink for a couple of minutes before turning orange, yellow and then blue...a7R III, 24-70mm @ 66mm, ISO 100, f/4, 30sec E.J.
