Pigeon Point Light - California
a7R III, 24-70mm @ 30mm, ISO 100, f/6.3, 6s
Three exposure focus stack for depth of field.  This is the same lighthouse as my last post but from the other side and about 45 minutes earlier in evening light.  I climbed down into the tide pools to try to find some three dimensional depth.

You have a fantastic light collection, and this is a beauty! Beautiful composition and love the depth and detail - fascinating how the appearance of the rocks changes with the different light/time of day.

Beautiful composition and light.
The foreground really adds the needed dimensionality.
I need to try out focus stacking for landscapes...up to now I've reserved it for macro work.

So sharp all the way through. I like how the water shapes lead back to the lighthouse. The clouds seem to have co-operated for a beautiful composition! ;)(Or, as is likely, you chose just the right moment...)
