St. Bernhard and Senn

An oldie - and somewhat of a rarity - one scarcely sees these lovable huge dogs anymore - especially in a working capacity.

Image was made in the Swiss Jura. 
Nikon D700 and Nikkor 24-120mm.
PS CC and Nik SilverEfex Pro II.

PS. Senn is Swiss for cowhand.

I'm glad the way this turned out.
Sometimes it pays just to let the "raw" image rest.....
Sadly these scenes are vanishing from our landscape and culture - the price of progress.
