Glencoe, Scotland

Back after a 4 week trip to the UK - the majority spent in Scotland.
We experienced the Glencoe valley both with pouring rain and stunning sunshine.
Image is a HDR composite using PS CS17 and Nik Efex software.
Nikon with 16-35mm Nikkor lens.

Beautiful scene Sinuhe and I love the play of light and shadow.  It sounds like you experienced typical Scottish weather where you can get four seasons in a day.  :D

Thanks Carol, we indeed experienced a mix of seasons in a day.....makes for an interesting holiday and images.
Scotland is a great place to visit.

Love that area, very nice photo.  Good HDR work although you likely could have taken this photo without the need for HDR.  Since I don't see any significant manmade presence in this photo, it probably should have gone in the Landscape Gallery ;)
