What a bummer! This was a single frame from our renowned Brookings 4th fireworks in 2016.
THIS 4th, we were completely socked in with fog, and could barely see a thing. Especially sad because there were so many people involved in fund-raising this year, since the usual funding fell thru. Pooh!
