Sunrise from Steptoe Butte

Another shot from my all-nighter on the Palouse. I shot this as the biggest contingent of the tripod army I've ever seen ascended the butte. It's a blend of two shots. One exposed for the sky and hills and one for the foreground. Thanks for checking it out. All comments and critiques appreciated.

On first looking at this scene, it struck me as almost an image of two halves with the different effects of light on the distant horizon and on the foreground fields.  However, when you click on the image it all comes together so beautifully, and then I think I can see what you saw on that morning Jeff!  8)

I know this scene :) Very nice and more difficult than it looks shot - perhaps just a tad on the red side of the spectrum.
