Sakrisøy - Norway
a7R Mk II, 16-35mm @ 20mm, ISO 100, f/11, 30s
On our first evening in Sakrisøy, Norway after it had been gray and rainy in the afternoon we were preparing dinner in our cabins when we looked out the window and saw this happening - dinner was abandoned on the stove. A lesson about shooting in the arctic was relearned - just because it's gray and rainy doesn't mean that 2 minutes later it won't be gorgeous... This is from 15 feet outside one of the cabins!

Nice composition, the rocky shoreline leads your eyes right to the colorful BG!

Love the textures on the rocks, the water and in the sky.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.
