Outstanding image -- I love the fg detail and mood. I might be tempted to add a touch more shadow contrast to bring up the texture of the rock just a bit more. A really fine shot!

My very favorite part of this image is the lighthouse at the distance, I would follow Gary's feedbacks to improve this already great image Peter.
