I’m seeing Art - French Existentialism (1940s).

Silent and dark, yes the clowns have all gone to bed.
Notice the roofless shelter on the point, able to shelter nothing.
The fence, starting and ending in space, able to hold back nothing.
The splash of color attracting the eye to the lifeless buildings and the blinding first light of a nuclear blast in the distance.
The beauty, the horror, bravo.

Lovely contrast of colors, nice soft waters and clouds, perhaps a filter in post editing for the over exposed areas, for the rest a delightful image!!!
