Nice shot Ken, however :roll: :D for me the partially visible farmhomes dont get it for me. Also, the cutoff fg rock, would have rather seen the whole rock. Just my 2 pennys of course! And that is nitting btw :oops: :wink:

I love tree shots, Ken...this is a wonderful one with such a charasmatic specimen.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

Nicely done! IMHO these shots are very difficult to really pull off, due to the frequently busy BG and the tendency of the tree to be visually lost in the BG. It takes just the right light to make it work, and you found such light here.

The most photographed tree in Wisconsin! :) A little tight, perhaps, but the light really works well with this one.
