Neat image, but it seems washed out on my monitor. It might be that the flash was too far from the foreground to overcome the blue cast.or . PErhaps overexposed, or a scan defect. Try increasing the contrast a little bit and also some added saturation and it should be wonderful, I think.
Great place to visit, Ihear. As a cruising sailor, the Sulu Sea is one area that is noted for pirates, as is certain areas of the Carribean and the Red Sea.

Like the composition and implied interaction between diver and turtle. The turtle appears a little overflashed, but you should be able to burn it in a little to offset.
