Size Does Matter!

Steve Bein and Dale Proctor at Yellowstone NP in June 2002, photographing an eagle on a nest, without the nest. His recent post of one of those pretty-sharp eagle shots inspired me to search out and scan this one.

I told Steve they were using two doublers and a 1.4 and he argued with me... but I have evidence!

WOW is right.I forgot we used three TC's I will post that on the bird forum. Great images can be done with 3 TC's . The technique is very specific, though.
