How do I delete a Workshop listing that is out of date?

No, that one is current. It's for 2015.

I was just going to clean up my older tours that have already taken place.

You can delete any which don't have replies using the X at the top of the topic as I mentioned. If there are replies, they would be left hanging so deleting the parent topic isn't recommended.
