I received a renewal notice this morning. The expiration date on the notice is 2015-01-05. Is there a reason that I got this so early. Just wondering.

Hello Members!

We apologize for the premature renewal notices that some of you have received.  The process of notifying our members of their renewal date is somewhat automated but we still manage the process manually.  Our admin Laura accidentally set the date one year ahead.  Traditionally, we start the renewal notification process one month before your membership expires.

If you have received a notification in error, please disregard it.  If you have any other concerns, please feel free to call me at the office, 410-239-8025

Thanks Everyone!

Tara
