Ok how do I get the emoticons to start working again? I tried editing a post, I tried refreshing the browser, I tried logging out and logging back in - nothing worked. I wish there was rhyme or reason to this. For the heck of it I'll try and add one here. :)

Thanks,
Robert

Ok the following solved it for now on another post. I made a space between the last character and the emoticon and it showed up, no space and it doesn't show up.
Lets see what happens here.

No space.
One space. :)

Well it is working fine in this forum I see, so I don't know why it doesn't work sometimes.

The emoticons seldom work for me no matter what I try! This has been brought up many times here, but no real solution seems to work consistently.

Thanks for the response Joe. If it's just "web gremlins" , I won't worry about solving it.

Robert,

I believe emoticons are now working as expected. :D However to be sure, could you point me to the other post where you had a problem?

Thanks
Gary
