I previously would copy and paste word documents into this forum to avoid timing out.  Currently I can get the document onto this page, but it disappears when I hit post.  What has changed?

Steve,

What browser and operating system are you using? Did you try pasting in when html code button is enabled?

By the way, what times out? As far as I can tell a connection to NSN stays live as long as there's an internet connection to your machine. I gather that you prefer composing a message offline to writing it in the NSN editor --- have you tried using Save Draft? It's very handy if you are interrupted and want to finish composing a post later. And why use Word --- the formatting is what messes up the paste operation. If you compose straight text by using Notepad to compose offline, then there will be no problem pasting into the NSN editor.
