For those of you having used the various releases if PicturesToExe slideshow software, which I still do . . . 

Adding video clips between the still photos is an option and I have done so recently. However, the video clips freeze up for a second or so at their end before advancing to the next slide. I have tried with and without transitions like dissolve which does not matter.  Any advice welcome.

I, too, use and like P2E. Although I have never had the problem you describe, I suggest you go to their forum and post the question. Igor will promptly respond; at least he has when I'm asked a question like yours.
