Windows is not displaying previews of RAW files from the Canon R5 even though I have updated the MS Codec and file extension package. Annoying! I would like to be able to see these in Explorer. Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks,
Roberta Olenick

Send me an R5 file via we transfer and let me see if it is a general issue or a specific issue with your system.

Thanks, E.J. I will do that later today or tomorrow.

The file extension worked for me. Thanks! I have Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates.
