What RAW conversion programs will recognize and open Sony Lossless Compressed RAW files? The programs I have will convert the uncompressed and lossy compressed Sony A1 files but not the lossless compressed files. Any help appreciated. TIA

Thx Scott & Arnold,

While I don't use Lightroom I have been considering Capture One. I checked their user forum and I was unable to verify that Capture One will open the lossless compressed files on their website. I appreciate the confirmation.

Finally found the Release notes for Capture One 21 release 14.1.1 which confirms support for the new Sony Lossless Compressed RAW files. Thanks again.

Capture One Support replied to my inquiry and confirmed that Sony LOSSLESS COMPRESSED files are NOT supported at this time. ??? Just an FYI

I asked Capture One Support for clarification and they have confirmed that their earlier response was incorrect and that Capture One Release 14.1.1. DOES in fact support Sony Lossless Compressed.

That's insane, they specifically released the last version to support the lossless Sony compressed RAW format.  I have personally processed Sony lossless compressed files from the a1 in C1.

Yes, it does process them. I double-checked last night and they process without issue.
