I recently purchased Topaz AI Gigapixel. It worked fine but when I tried to use AI DeNoise on a separate image I get these warnings:

And when I go to preferences I get this:

I had done the driver update previously when I started using DeNoise. Will doing that again eradicate this new problem or is there a different fix?

I don't see a problem with your preferences (although I would turn off the data collection but that doesn't cause your problem). I think an uninstall and re-install may be necessary.

I elected to start by updating my Nividia drivers. That seemed to do the trick as Topaz DeNoise opened and seemed to work although the flow od the plug-in was not the same as before. Previously it would work through a preview, then I would hit the auto button and I would await completion, then I would hit apply and await the final result. The enlarged view would cut to normal size and we were done. Now it seems to process very quickly without previews. I prefer the former but cannot see what I need to change to get back to that process.
