Windows 10 setup and optimisation

Happy New Year everyone ! I tried searching for something on this but search drops the term 10 from Windows 10 so selects every other post it seems. 
In any case what is the suggested source for tuning up Win 10 these days, used to be that the go to was Black Vipers page and go through the list but I see it now has a caution that the page hasn't been updated since 2018. Is it still helpful to turn off key services in Win 10 or has that gone by the wayside nowadays?
I installed a clean version of Win 10 and went through the privacy settings and turned off all the snooping possible, so far and I need to go in and turn off a couple of startup items, but beyond that is there any benefit to go further and if so what is the recommended source for advice on which services to turn off?
