Capture One 21 released

Hi,

I had a problem installing the On1 2021 update. It kept saying a program was running that was preventing the install, and it would shut down. I was using Windows 10.

The people at On1 told me to do the following, and it worked perfectly.

1 - Restart your computer, then run a registry cleaner. I used CCleaner, they recommended the one at www.Piriform.com/download
2 - Download the update. Be sure to choose Save and not Run. After you download the file, right-click on it (installer.EXE) and choose Run As Administrator. You can get the file here: http://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/art ... d-Download

If that doesn't work, contact them. They got back to me in less than one hour.
